Rev. Linda A. Baker
Rev. Linda Baker is the wedding coordinator at RoseSprings Center, and counsels people in The Law of Attraction.
An ordained deacon with the United Methodist Church, Rev. Linda served in local churches for more than 20 years before joining the staff at RoseSprings Center. She has extensive experience in working with couples to create the wedding ceremony of their desires whether traditional religious or non-religious. Ceremonies have taken her to the church building, state parks and everywhere in between. She has, also, officiated at numerous memorial and graveside services helping families grieve the loss of a loved one.
Rev. Linda is honored to help women and girls acknowledge and experience rite of passage ceremonies as there is great wisdom to be shared at each life stage. And ceremonies to welcome a new baby or adopted child into the family are always a blessing. As you move into your new home or apartment, let us guide your friends in blessing you and your family with gifts of bread, broom, candle, honey, salt and wine.
Rev. Elaine Smith
Rev. Elaine Smith is a Reiki Master / Teacher, and counsels people through Energy Balance.
In addition to traditional ceremonies, Rev. Elaine Smith enjoys combining alternative elements into the ceremonies she creates with couples to be married. A practicing Reiki Master Teacher for 10 years, Rev. Smith has experience with group Reiki healings, crystal energy grids, drumming circles, special blessings and clearings, and other possible additions to your wedding.
Rev. Smith is also a licensed Massage Therapist and Specialized Kinesiologist credentialed to teach Touch for Health. This understanding of how energy works throughout our bodies, energetic fields, emotions, etc. allows her to successfully counsel people and families with Energy Balance. This system is good for individuals and couples. It is an especially good method for creating bonds in families that are blending together in a marriage.
Rev. Shanya Luther
Rev. Shanya Luther is an intimacy specialist and coaches individuals and couples who want to create more emotional, spiritual, and physical intimacy in their lives.
Shanya's passion is at the intersection of spirituality and sexuality. She celebrates all relationship styles and welcomes working with individuals and couples from LGBT, Poly, BDSM, and other less commonly known communities. She delights in helping people from all walks of life create ceremonies and rituals which express their unique joys and loves. Whether you want your wedding to be a themed party or a sacred event, Shanya can help you design the experience you will cherish for a lifetime.
Shanya is a life-long member of the United Church of Christ, a liberal Protestant denomination (www.ucc.org). Shanya earned her Master of Divinity degree in 2004 from Pacific School of Religion — part of the Graduate Theological Union — in Berkeley, California. She has an undergraduate degree in Family & Child Development with an emphasis on Women's Studies and a special certificate in Sexuality Education.
